National Institute of Technology Delhi (NIT Delhi) is situated in the Institute of Applied Manpower Research (IAMR Campus) near Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital inNarela Delhi. It is one of the newly set up NITs during the 11th Five Year Plan by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (HRD). NIT Delhi has been allotted permanent campus on NH-1, about 51 acres just behind the Bakoli Crossing bus stand, where it will move soon. the classes are held in the IAMR campus for now.
