Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science also known as MITS is established in 1998 in Madanapalle, Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. MITS is Affiliated to JNTUA, approved by AICTE, New Dehli. Also a Recognised Research Center, Recognised by UGC under the sections 2(f) and 12 (B) of the UGC act 1956. The college is ideally located on a sprawling 30 acre campus on Madanapalle - Anantapur Highway (NH-205) near Angallu, about 10 km away from Madanapalle. MITS, originated under the auspices of Ratakonda Ranga Reddy Educational Academy, is now under the proactive leadership of Sri N. Krishna Kumar M.S. (U.S.A), President and Sri N. Vijaya Bhaskar Choudary, M.Com (Ph.D), Secretary & Correspondent of the Academy. MITS is governed by a progressive management that never rests on laurels and has been striving conscientiously to develop it as one of the best centers of academic excellence in India. MITS has grown from an ordinary college to the most technically, academically and competitively robust institution.
